Description and Responsibilities:


 


Our Accounting & Finance Interns will be assigned to one of our Corporate Finance teams based in Tralee. Financial Reporting Tax or Intellectual Property. As part of these teams, you will carry out the following tasks.



  • Assist in reviewing and preparing financial statements.

  • Communicate and solve any matters that arise in relation to the financial statements between auditors, site accountants and the group financial reporting department.

  • Upload financial statements to the compliance database once signed by the directors and approved by auditors.

  • Assist in the preparation of the Interim Management Report and stock exchange announcements.

  • Assist in any ad hoc duties/ projects that may arise.

What we are Looking for:


 



  • Studying Accounting and Finance, Business, or related degree and on track for a 2:1 degree classification

  • Results-Oriented

  • Motivated self-starter with the determination and drive to succeed.

  • Strong ability to work well in a team and work independently.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams

  • Good organisational, time management & communication skills.
