Barista - Part Time - Tralee

MACE Rathass is looking for a part-time Barista to join their fantastic team.

Part time or Full time position with flexible hours Monday to Sunday

As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. You will be responsible for creating beautifully crafted drinks for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food that delights our customers
• Ensure the work and service areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
• Receive and process payments
• Be an enthusiastic team player
• Maintain & restock clean crockery
• Ensure brewing equipment is operating properly & safely, and report any maintenance needs
• To comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• To comply with Health & Safety regulations

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Minimum 6
months experience as Barista

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, client & staff

• Ability to work with a team, and on your own initiative

• Flexible approach to the role

• 'Can do' positive attitude

• Willingness to learn

• Experience in Customer service and/or in a similar environment would be an
advantage, but not necessary
