About the role 

An exciting opportunity has opened up to provide comprehensive administrative support within the HR Risk team. In the role, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to : 

  • Maintaining up to date documentation of all HR policies to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations. 
  • Building out technical standards and procedures to operationalise the risk mitigation requirements outlined in HR policies by detailing specific risk management requirements, practices, or procedural steps to mitigate risk exposure.   
  • Developing checklists to ensure controls are in place for risk mitigation. 
  • Supporting Risk and Regulation activities within the HR team including assurance, regulatory returns and compliance with Fitness and Probity (F&P) and Individual Accountability Framework (IAF) 
  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior team members. 

Requirements

About you 

 We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:  

  • An interest in Risk and Regulation  
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognised University or College. 
  • The ability to act as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external partners. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment. 
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and environments in a fast-paced industry. 
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
