Balsam Hill is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interim Project Coordinator to support the execution of key ecommerce and strategic initiatives over a three-month period. This part-time, interim role is ideal for a flexible and organised professional who can manage multiple workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones across digital and business transformation projects.
This position reports to the General Manager and Business Lead, Europe. This is a part-time, hybrid in-office position located in our Dublin office, which will require you to work three days in-office (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday).
To ensure sufficient overlap with functional and cross-functional team members globally, some flexibility with this role's regular work schedule will be required. Most of our teams have overlap with early morning and/or early evening PST. Specific scheduling needs for this role will be discussed in the initial interview.
