§  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Active Directory and Office365 administration - add, remove or update user account information, reset passwords<\/span>
<\/p>

§  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain, update Microsoft 365 Online Environment, Microsoft Active Directory, Fileserver, Printer server and other various servers.<\/span>
<\/p>

§  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Use Microsoft Intune to manage remote and mobile users.<\/span>
<\/p>

§  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Install, configure, and maintain printers, workstations, servers, Ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices and systems.<\/span>
<\/p>

§  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Apply operating system updates, patches and configuration changes, as well as other software and application installation, upgrades.<\/span>
<\/p>

§  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networks, network cabling, printers and other related equipment.<\/span>
<\/p>

§  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Investigate user problems, determine solutions, and implement solutions in conjunction with second level support or individually.<\/span>
<\/p>

§  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.<\/span>
<\/p>

§  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Deal with all second level support requirements, Remote access, remote support and VPN.<\/span>
<\/p>

§  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Plan and implement network security, including file permissions, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users.<\/span>
