Role ​- Part-Time Makeup Artist

Location​ - Cork

Hours ​- 24 hours (8 hour shifts across 3 days)

Salary ​- starting from €13 per hour plus competitive commission structure

As a Makeup Artist, you will be the face of our innovative brand and play a vital role in providing our customers with personalized beauty experiences. You’ll combine your artistry skills with an understanding of our curated makeup and skincare offerings to empower our customers and help them enhance their natural beauty.

The Role

Your daily to-dos might look like this:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs and offering appropriate support and guidance
• Provide a personalized consultative approach to all customers, ensuring that you offer additional beauty services and experiences
• Recommend and demonstrate products to achieve desired looks and address individual concerns
• Conduct makeup appointments, showcasing your artistry and knowledge
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets by promoting and selling makeup and skincare products
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the makeup section
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product innovations

Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

• Experience in a retail position, ideally within beauty or cosmetics
• Passionate about makeup and skincare
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Positive attitude with a drive to achieve sales targets
• Flexible to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays
