Location: Remote in Ireland
Hours: 16 hours/week (4h/day, 4 days/week)
The Role
We are looking for a medical doctor licensed in Ireland to join our Care Quality team. This is a part-time, flexible position ideal for a clinician who is passionate about digital health and eager to contribute beyond clinical work. In this role, 80% of your time will be dedicated to teleconsultations, and 20% to operational tasks that impact care quality, internal processes, and even business development and due diligence.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality text, video, and prescription-based consultations to patients in Ireland.
- Participate in quality assurance efforts to maintain clinical excellence.
- Vet, onboard, and train healthcare professionals joining our Abi Network.
- Engage with and support our HCP network, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines.
- Help tailor services to local regulatory contexts, especially during new client launches.
- Analyze service performance data and help implement initiatives to improve user satisfaction.
- Contribute to internal documentation and performance reporting.
- Attend and contribute to daily and weekly Care Quality Team meetings.
Requirements
Who You Are
- Licensed MD in Ireland.
- Completed medical residency.
- Resident in Ireland.
- Comfortable providing remote consultations via secure digital platforms.
- Fluent in English.
- Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about digital health innovation.
- Empathetic communicator who builds trust with both patients and peers.
- Organized and proactive, capable of managing tasks independently.
- Curious, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
- Excited by the energy and pace of a startup environment.
Preferred Background
- Experience in one or more of the following: clinical practice, telemedicine, network management, medical recruitment, healthcare startups, medical affairs, MSL, clinical trials, or pharma/health tech.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort in training and presenting.
- Familiarity with regulatory and clinical performance indicators.
- Bonus: additional languages.
