Elevate partners is seeking experienced Office Administrators for a variety of our clients across Dublin. This person will be responsible for assisting with administration across all office functions including reception, sales, customer service and accounts. Responsibilities of this office administrator job:
Manage the reception area and main phone line
Providing admin support to the sales team
Update quotes, orders and invoices for the business
Assist Accounts with general accounting administration, invoices, purchase orders etc
Maintaining and file records in relation to customer accounts
Update the CRM system with all relevant data
Previous experience in an office administrator/receptionist role
Excellent IT skills
Great attention to detail and work to deadlines
Ability to multitask and manage multiple project simultaneously
