We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading property investment and development company based in Dublin City Centre.
They are looking to hire a Temporary Operations Support professional to join their small Business Operations team for a 5β6 month period. This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for someone with strong IT and administration experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day admin and operational support across the business
- Help maintain and support internal IT systems β including MS Office, SharePoint, and bespoke property databases
- Assist with IT-related tasks and ongoing business projects
- Liaise with external IT providers when required
- Support general office operations and coordinate facilities tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar admin/operations role
- Confident using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in a small team
- Property experience is a bonus but not essential
