We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading property investment and development company based in Dublin City Centre.

They are looking to hire a Temporary Operations Support professional to join their small Business Operations team for a 5–6 month period. This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for someone with strong IT and administration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day admin and operational support across the business
  • Help maintain and support internal IT systems – including MS Office, SharePoint, and bespoke property databases
  • Assist with IT-related tasks and ongoing business projects
  • Liaise with external IT providers when required
  • Support general office operations and coordinate facilities tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar admin/operations role
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in a small team
  • Property experience is a bonus but not essential
