Operations Control Duty Manager
As an Operations Control Duty Manager in the Operations Control Department, you will be based in the Operations Control Centre (OCC) and be accountable and responsible for the real-time management and leadership of the Aer Lingus and Aer Lingus UK daily operation. Responsible for operational leadership of OCC teams from multiple disciplines and departments and the wider operational teams to deliver the commercial flight schedule, on-time performance and operations KPIs.
You will be accountable and responsible for maintaining the integrity of the schedule during irregular operations to avoid, mitigate or contain disruptions and lead teams to deliver excellence in recovery of the end to-end customer journey.
The Operations Control Department is home to the Operations Control Centre (OCC), a matrix organisational structure, populated by high calibre staff from several different departments, working together to ensure delivery of a safe, compliant, efficient and cost-effective operation.
This role is an on-site position, working rostered duties on a 24x7, 365-day basis. Please note that this is a Fixed Term Contract Position.
