Position Overview
We are currently seeking a People Program Manager for a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic People Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and driving various people programs that align with our organisational strategy and enhance employee experience.
As the People Program Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor key initiatives that promote knowledge management, product certification, talent development, engagement and retention. Your focus will be on creating a positive organisational culture and facilitating change management processes tailored to our ever-evolving business landscape.
Please note that this is a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 12 months.
