We are seeking a fractional Revenue Operations Partner to support in the optimisation of go-to-market efficiency. The Revenue Operations Partner is a critical function to support the ongoing expansion & growth of our business globally, in partnership with the Business Team @ Bounce.
Prior experience in a sales operations or business analysis function is a requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse sales data and manage CRM systems (Hubspot)
- Forecast and report for strategic decision-making
- Use of data analytics, process optimisation and technology to support revenue-generating functions
- Identify process improvements and growth opportunities through data analysis
- Develop revenue growth initiatives
- Optimise sales and marketing alignment
- Improve team effectiveness and efficiency with technology and tooling
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software
- Understanding of sales processes
- First principles / critical thinking
- Project management, leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales operations or business analysis
This is a part-time position based at our Bounce HQ in Dublin.
This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, on a fractional (2 days/week) basis with scope for expansion.
