Senior FP&A Manager, Europe NFB

We are seeking a commercially astute finance professional to join a leading technology company at the forefront of innovation. Based in our European headquarters, this role offers the opportunity to deliver high-impact financial support within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of FP&A, you will take ownership of all FP&A functions for Netgear for Business (NFB) in Europe. Your responsibilities will span financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, cost/benefit analysis, and Channel/Account profitability. As the primary business partner for NFB Europe, you will play a critical role in driving strategic insights and supporting key decision-making.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract ideal for a results-driven finance leader looking to make a meaningful contribution in a fast-paced, global setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial support for Sales and Marketing for NFB Europe.

  • Develop and prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and weekly/monthly forecasts, including information gathering, consolidation, analysis, submissions, and presentation materials.

  • Partner with NFB Europe Sales VP and Country Leads to ensure the achievement of departmental, functional, and corporate goals.

  • Proactively interact with all levels of management in understanding and analyzing spending, investments, contracts, and profit improvement initiatives.

  • Review marketing spending in the region and develop processes to track and analyze the spending.

  • Partner with country/sales heads to create P&Ls for new business proposals, investments, etc., and provide financial analysis and suggestions for improving profitability.

  • Collaborate with Europe Sales and WW Product Teams on NFB Pricing, Promotion Strategy and execution for Europe.

  • Work with operations to help analyze and maximize supply availability and minimize E&O issues.

  • Streamline processes and improve reporting capabilities by utilizing automation and AI, where possible.

  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of combined financial analysis and/or accounting experience required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics required. CIMA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Works effectively and collaboratively within a team.

  • Maintains high performance standards.

  • Meets customer needs by developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal customers and promoting a customer service orientation within the organization.

  • Manages time well, appropriately prioritizes tasks, and is flexible on work assignments.

  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Presents ideas and information in a concise, well-organized manner.

  • Solid understanding and use of accounting and finance principles.

  • Solid understanding of P&L statements and variables affecting profitability.

  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to independently manage tasks on time.

  • Identifies business needs and proposes effective solutions.

  • Strong leadership skills required and experience working in a similar role within a matrix/commercial environment.

  • Comfortable working independently, with minimal day-to-day supervision.

  • Superior Excel skills, familiarity with Tableau, Oracle, Hyperion Planning, and Smartview are a plus.
