Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a range of infrastructure and cloud deployment projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all projects across the department.
• Define KPIs and delivery metrics in collaboration with the IT Director for management reporting.
• Champion the use of project management methodologies, frameworks, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align project delivery with business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a consistent project documentation suite.
• Ensure timely and accurate time tracking and resource utilisation.
• Coordinate with engineers to ensure availability of resources and tools required for project deliverables.
• Provide detailed project status and operational reports to the IT Director.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers and team members to develop project delivery capabilities.
• Oversee post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.
• Ensure handover documentation is complete and of high quality.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and assess potential impact on client projects.
• Ensure strong communication practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client project communications, ensuring a positive client experience and high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years in an IT Project Management position, ideally within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900, or AZ-104 are highly desirable
• PMP, Prince2, or ITIL certification (or in progress) is desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, and organisational skills.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and contributing to team capability growth.
• Passion for service excellence and client success.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Familiarity with PSA/project tracking tools (e.g. Halo PSA, Asana, MS Project) is an advantage.
• Full Irish driving license.
