Talent Acquisition Partner (Contractor)

About the Role

Fivetran is looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hiring for GTM & G&A roles across EMEA and APAC. This is a 6-month contract, ideal for a recruiting expert who thrives in fast-paced tech environments. You'll partner closely with hiring teams to attract top talent while championing Fivetran’s values and DEI initiatives.

This is a full time 6 month hybrid position based out of our Dublin office.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM and G&A roles in EMEA & APAC
• Partner with GTM & G&A leaders to provide strategic hiring guidance
• Source and engage diverse talent to support DEI-focused hiring
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience through data-driven recruitment
• Collaborate with HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams to optimize hiring processes

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of GTM & G&A SaaS recruiting experience, including 3+ years in-house at high-growth tech companies
• Proven success hiring for Enterprise Technical Sales, Marketing, Legal, HR, Finance & Accounting, including senior roles
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Passion for DEI, data-driven recruiting, and continuous improvement
• Experience with Workday, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter
