Role overview

Provides refund services to tourists while offering first-level support during the process. Ensures a seamless, professional, and consistent experience for customers in line with company policies and international standards, contributing to the overall satisfaction of the customer journey.

What you will do 

  • Deliver full, high-standard support to tourists during refund transactions, adapting to individual requirements and scenarios.
  • Proactively explain refund procedures and ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
  • Facilitate interactions with Customs to assist tourists in completing necessary procedures efficiently.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction as part of the travelers’ overall airport experience.
  • Handle queries, complaints, or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner to resolve issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with the main office and relevant departments to address daily operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and prepare periodic reports as required by the refund manager.
  • Adhere to compliance and anti-fraud measures throughout refund operations.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in a similar position, preferably in the finance, customer service, or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse customer interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • A team player with a customer-first mindset and hands-on approach to responsibilities.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Chinese or Arabicis is  advantageous.
