Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and cost-efficiency.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure programme and performance targets are met.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and addressing any issues that may impact delivery.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety legislation, company policies, and project specifications.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience within the construction industry
Proven track record delivering projects in at least two of the following sectors: public, civil engineering, building, or private/residential
Strong understanding of construction processes, technical drawings, and contract administratio (e.g., NEC, JCT).
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
