We are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive individual to be the welcoming face of our National Learning Centre. This role is central to ensuring a professional, smooth running and engaging environment for all delegates, visitors and trainers.
You will be the first point of contact for participants attending training, while also supporting our training team and facilities manager with day to day coordination. This is a varied role combining front of house duties, light facilities support and hands on assistance with training delivery.
The role is part time, working across five days per week, aligned with our training schedule.

The ideal candidate will be:
• People focused – warm, approachable and able to build rapport quickly
• Organised and reliable – able to juggle multiple tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Proactive and hands on – happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved in room set up, equipment checks or supply runs
• Detail oriented – with strong attention to presentation, ensuring the National Learning Centre reflects our brand standards
• Tech comfortable – confident with basic IT systems, MS Office and willing to learn our internal systems for ordering and admin tasks
• Flexible – able to adapt to the needs of the training schedule and support colleagues where required
