HR Business Partner & Organisational Cultural Specialist - 12M Contract

What we’re looking for

As Kneat continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner & Organisational Cultural Specialist to join our HR Department to cover a Maternity contract for 12 months.

Position overview

Working as part of the HR team and reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer you will be responsible for providing the ongoing development of Kneat’s Organisation Talent and Culture, and for ongoing guidance and support to managers and departments across the business.

You will be working within a team that is committed to making Kneat Solutions a great company to work for through developing the best employee experience and development.

Responsibilities


  • Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits to address business needs and ensure full alignment with Human Resources initiatives and goals.

  • Working with department leaders to implement and execute talent management processes to ensure current and future staff needs support business requirements.

  • Develop and implement company-wide and individual development plans to address business and personal career goals in the short- and long-term.

  • Lead and promote employee engagement initiatives & interventions.

  • Coach leaders and people managers on both business and organisation-related challenges.

  • Be a champion for and implement cultural transformation initiatives in order to shape a strong organisational culture 

  • Collaborate with management and personnel to resolve conflicts, promote positive employee relations, maintain a positive work environment, boost morale, and reduce turnover. 

  • Delivery of HR projects across the company

  • Provide guidance and support at all levels in matters related to employer-employee relationships - in support of business goals in an employee-centric culture, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and legislation.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related degree required
  • 8 to 10 years experience as an HR business partner in the IT or software business with a focus on organisational and cultural development
  • Experience in supporting multiple functions and balancing competing demands, managing business change, integration and harmonisation.
  • Ability to liaise and engage with various colleagues and stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills; able to demonstrate experience of managing multiple HR projects through a complete life cycle
  • Strong emotional intelligence, listening, influencing, and coaching skills as well as being an excellent communicator and highly organised
  • Technical knowledge of Software Development and deployment would be a plus.
  • Strong consulting, analytics and IT skills a must.
  • Previous experience in organisation transformation preferable.
