About this Position

As an Innovation Project/Programme Manager, you will play a key role in driving strategic innovation initiatives from concept to launch. Youโ€™ll lead cross-functional programmes, manage a portfolio of projects, and ensure alignment with global business objectives. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a passion for innovation, strong programme management skills, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful results.

What youยดll do

  • Manage and lead a programme of related innovation projects, ensuring alignment with global business plans and technical/customer roadmaps.
  • Build and maintain a balanced portfolio of innovation projects to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Identify key gaps and collaborate with the Global PD Lead to develop alternative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Monitor project-level activities and support project managers to ensure smooth execution across the programme.
  • Organise and lead programme meetings, and oversee project team meetings where needed.
  • Ensure quality standards are met before launch, confirm cross-functional alignment, and support manufacturing launches when required.

  • Proven track record in programme and project management, ideally within a PMO environment.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence in engaging cross-functional and senior teams.
  • Strategic thinker who can plan effectively, anticipate challenges, and align activities with long-term objectives.
