💼 The Scoop on the Role:
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and experienced Project Management Professionals to represent Grouper at the upcoming PMI National Conference as Event Support Ambassadors in the Project Management Domain. This is a one day engagement for the duration of the event, where you’ll be the face of Grouper at our exhibition stand - engaging with attendees, sharing our story, and supporting our mission to drive innovation in GRC, cybersecurity, HR platform delivery and strategic project management delivery.

If you thrive on professional interaction, know your way around project delivery lingo, and enjoy championing transformation, this is the perfect opportunity to contribute your expertise in a vibrant setting alongside a forward-thinking team.

This role is ideal for seasoned PMs, consultants, or senior associates who are proud ambassadors of the discipline and want to contribute to the success of a standout exhibitor experience.

Here’s what awaits you in this exciting role:

• Represent Grouper as an on-stand brand ambassador at the PMI National Conference
• Engage with attendees, industry peers, and prospects to explain Grouper’s services and value
• Answer questions about our offerings in the GRC, cybersecurity, HR Platform, AI, and project delivery domains
• Support with logistics, handout distribution, and managing interactions
• Facilitate smooth visitor experience and gather insights/feedback where relevant
• Enjoy networking opportunities with fellow professionals and event participants

📈What We're Looking For: Project Pros with People Skills
Here’s what will make you a great fit:

• 5+ years experience in project, program or portfolio management (any industry)
• Comfortable engaging with senior professionals and C-level attendees
• Confident communication and professional presence in fast-paced environments
• Good understanding of core project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Prince2, etc.)
• Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, or cybersecurity topics is a plus
• Warm, approachable, and solution-oriented personality
• Availability for full-day participation during the event (including early set-up and/or late wrap-up) on 14 May 2025
