​Post: Project Worker Extern Outreach Support Service Day Service (Disability Services)​

​Salary: Grade 4 €40498 per annum

Hours: 37.5 standard hours (including breaks) (Flexibility Required)
Contract Status: Fixed Term until September 2026
Location: Watch House Cross, Parteen Road, Limerick

About the Service:

​In partnership with the HSE’s Disability Services, the Extern Outreach Support Service (EOSS) works with people with a disability or autism and who may find it challenging to integrate into traditional social, educational or community systems.
